A female tenant from Route 1 Bridgewater has drawn the magic of Shenandoah Valley on canvas for more than once. Having been painting for 36 years of her life, capturing landscape beauty isn’t the only reason why she carries around easel and oils to mountains and cornfields. This artist explains that being able to use black and white, as depicted in the clippings she collected, allows her to paint in an old fashioned way. Her items are usually sold through a Hagerstown furniture dealer in Maryland. The artist is always more than happy to paint for her neighbors and friends.
