Listen to Your Voice and Unleash the Power Of Mind

Tuesday, November 17th, 2009

Once upon a time there were all kinds of anti-drug commercials for young teens. While they were very successful in the 80s to help bring down the overall usage, many people didn’t realize the benefits it was really giving everyone. The subconscious mind is a very intriguing part of any individual, and the power of mind can be used to help you change your life in a positive manner.

Everyone in the reach of Western Media has, by now, heard of The Secret, or The Law of Attraction, which deals with the concept of the ‘power of mind‘. In a nutshell, whatever you positively visualize in your life, you’ll achieve. Even if you don’t consciously direct it, your perceptions of the world will alter how the world happens to you. People with negative attitudes draw negative events to them, and people with positive attitudes draw good fortune to them.

If you’re having a hard time believing it, here is a great example of mind power at work. Many medical research performed involves the subconscious mind and the Placebo Effect. This is where you have a couple groups that are formed from volunteers that are paid for going through the experiment. They all suffer from the same problem, but separated into 2 groups and given two different pills. One group is given the real medicine and the other is given a placebo. The best part about it is neither group knows that one of them is getting something different. Then the medical team studies the results.

For example, how many times has your alarm gone off, or you had something happen that put you in a foul mood, and you’ve said ‘Oh, great. It’s going to be one of those days?’, only to drag yourself into one bad experience after another, with each one compounding the ill will of the former? This is because the Law of Attraction and your own negative attitude are pulling bad experiences to you.

What you will find is that it all revolves around quantum physics. This teaches us that you can create energy around you for anything. Even if we take it a little further, the way it works is your mind creates reality. So if you believe you’re going to get in a car accident, and you keep telling yourself you will, then it’s going to happen. However, we want you to train your mind to work towards the positive things in life.

Unfortunately it’s not as simple as it seems. Take for instance the person who wants to lose weight. You spend 24 hours a day fighting off those thoughts in your head that say, ‘Well if I only have one it will be okay.’ Eventually one of them hits home and you find yourself off your diet. It’s definitely not a fun situation, but with the proper training you can overcome these obstacles.

And that opens up doors. Learning how to use the power of your mind can change your life, by giving you focus, by making a lot of your goals attainable. It’s better to keep your mind open to opportunities, to let the Law of Attraction work for you, than to let negative impressions derail your life.

Once you get the smaller projects complete, then it will be time to move onto bigger and better things. What’s the first thing that comes to mind for you? It might be different, but most people dream of having a nice house. It’s definitely in the top 3 major decisions you’ll have at least once in your life. The only question is; how are you going to go about getting it? The affirmation that unleashes the power in the subconscious mind will put everything in motion. Well, as long as it’s a positive thought process.

So I used the subconscious mind to understand that everything happens for a reason and whatever course they were taken somehow affecting me. Maybe if those drivers were moving faster I would have been in an accident. Then of course if my co-workers wouldn’t have been so lazy, I might not have gotten a promotion. The kids are just being kids, so thinking this way allowed me to create many memorable memories.

Just remember it all happens for a reason. Maybe you just think people are rude around the area you live. Then one day you get a flat tire and can’t understand why in the world something like this would happen if you’re thinking positive. All of the sudden you come in contact with several different people who are helpful, curious, and concerned about your situation. Guess what? Your outlook on the people around you has changed all because of that flat tire.

And eventually, if you follow through, you will get that degree. You’ll have a base of knowledge that you can use to further your career, and a foundation in how to learn independently to make your future endeavors more efficient. On top of that, you’ll have ample evidence that a positive attitude and setting goals can get you anywhere in life. All of your energy focused through the Law of Attraction can be quite potent.

What it comes down to is that we believe in ourselves to a certain extent. When the time comes that you feel as though something will be impossible, it’s time to tap into the subconscious mind. If you can do this, it won’t be long before you start experiencing the positive energy that is built around you.

Mindpower Defined

Saturday, November 14th, 2009

It’s been said that we only use about 10% of our brains’ total potential mind power. Imagine what it would be like if you could tap into the remaining 90%. In fact, you could get absolutely incredible results.

The scientific opinion has long been that those who have psychic abilities and extra sensory perception are able to use these abilities by tapping into those great unused mental reserves. Some seem to have been born with these abilities, while others learn later on in life how to start using this potential mindpower.

The process behind mind power is not well understood, but quantum physics’ latest advances have begun to show us what the link may be between we think and what we actually experience as part of our daily lives.

There have also been many studies that seem to suggest that our minds really do have the power to shape our world ? more than being shaped by the world around them!

Recently popular films like ‘The Secret’ have explained the theory of the Law of Attraction, so that people are realizing they have the power to change the way they see things simply through the power of their minds; by doing so, they can attract abundance of every kind into their lives.

This principle states that there are causes and effects to everything, even our own thoughts can bring about tangible effects if directed properly. It all relies on being able to get your conscious mind to communicate to your subconscious in order to use your latent mindpower to achieve results.

What this means is that your subconscious mind is responsible for so-called ‘psychic powers’ and other special powers like precognition, remote viewing, and telepathy. However, it’s also responsible for what you desire because it reacts directly with the ‘universe’ or what some may call the ‘universal consciousness,’ to manifest what you attract to you.

Affirmations:- By repeating affirmations to ourselves, they eventually reach the subconscious which then changes your behavior to make the desired outcome a reality. You can use affirmations to break bad habits with affirmations like ‘I hate junk food and never eat anything bad for my health’. You could also increase your self esteem by using an affirmation along the lines of ‘I am a valuable person who people look to as a role model’.

Affirmations:- Affirmations are a well known positive thinking technique. When you repeat a positive affirmation to yourself, your subconscious begins to understand and begin using your untapped mindpower and start making your wishes a reality.

In fact, affirmations can do far more than this. You can use affirmations to develop your mindpower and change reality itsef!

Affirmations produce results with repetition. You need to repeat the message until it reaches your subconscious and begins to make you change your behavior to get the results you’ve wanted.

Follow this line of reasoning and you’ll see that you can change everything ? not just your own behavior but reality itself can be molded by your own mindpower!

Using visualization:- Visualization is another technique that you can use to develop your mind power. With visualization, you imagine what you want to happen and visualize it in your mind’s eye. Visualize your success and having everything you’ve ever wanted. Do you want a new car? Visualize it. A new house? Visualize it. You can also make a scrapbook of sorts before you visualize, putting into it pictures of things that you want to manifest in your life. The scrapbook can help you focus. Keep visualizing on a consistent basis and the things you want will really appear for you.

You can also use visualization to cement your belief that you are psychic. See yourself communicating by using telepathy, or being able to foresee future events, or to practice remote viewing. Mind power can help you accomplish anything you want to, literally.

Hypnosis:- Hypnosis has long been known as a way to communicate with the subconscious and to increase mindpower. A hypnotist can give suggestions to your subconscious which it will act on.

You can also try to do what’s called ’self hypnosis.’ Here, you can listen to a tape recording of a hypnotist who is guiding you through a particular session. This has some advantages to live hypnotherapy sessions, in that you can listen to it over and over again, and it’s also quite cost effective as compared to live hypnotherapy sessions.

Every human being already has psychic powers. Normally, these abilities are locked away deep in our subconscious ? but using the right techniques can develop your mindpower and allow these psychic abilities to surface.

There are frequencies which help your mind to reach the meditative state needed to communicate with your subconscious and develop your mindpower.

There are also frequencies designed to stimulate the chakras; these are your body’s energy centers ? one of the most important chakras is the ‘third eye’ which corresponds to psychic abilities.

All of us already have these psychic powers; but they must be developed by enhancing your mindpower. Unless you make the effort to develop these abilities, they remain locked in your subconscious mind and are never used.

Therefore, when we talk about developing your mind power, we simply mean that you need to unlock your own latent abilities, so that you realize your own true powers and abilities to their fullest potential; this is true of every human being.

Mind Power for the Ages

Sunday, November 1st, 2009

Just in case you didn’t already know, your mind is like a magnet. What it thinks and sees, it will eventually attract. There is this thing that is called the law of attraction, and it deals very strongly with mind power. The law of attraction is basically the act of believing something is going to happen so strongly that it does. You can have the best life if you want it, but you have to be able to think it, feel it, and envision it first. This may take some practice, but success only comes with persistence in any endeavor. The power of the mind is amazing.

Everyone can use this to their advantage. The problem is most of us lack the ability to believe we can do it. Probably one of the funniest statistics about the mind out there is that humans only use about 10% of their brain power. So somewhere in there is 90% that just kind of hangs out for the next big wave. Actually, the reason behind this is that people hate change. Most of us just enjoy keeping things as simple as possible without exerting our mind power to their highest potential.

What if we told you that everything you’ve accomplished up until now is because of your subconscious mind power? Would you believe us or will you think about all the bad luck situations or negative aspects that kept you from doing something? Take for example the hard luck gambler. Obviously everyone wins at one time or another, but most gamblers have 10 times the amount of negative stories as they do the positives.

Many things can be used to boost the effectiveness of your mind power. These range from goal setting to affirmations to visualization techniques. Even hypnotherapy can do it. We’ll cover each of these techniques below.

Visualization is simply taking the time to think through what it would be like to have achieved your goal, to focus on it, to take it into your mental fortress and let it seep into your subconscious. Make mental images and explore them. It will help you recognize the opportunities to make those images into reality when you encounter them. What this is doing is imprinting your subconscious mind with opportunities to excel. Use this to shape how you want your life to be when this all works.

Another benefit is to write down everything on a piece of paper. You can make it factual; write a story, or anything that will help you reach your goals. If you do write something down, it’s important to make a visualization of everything. Once you learn to do this several times throughout the day, those thoughts will become a reality in the back of your mind.

Affirmations are another technique that you can use to boost your mind power, by giving yourself a positive self image boost. President Obama got into office with the simple affirmation of Yes We Can, and that same attitude can help you accomplish other goals. Do things like affirming that you’re going meet specific targets in a given month, whether they’re goals for saving money or losing weight ? something that’s definite and measurable, and keep affirming that potential in your mind. Do this often enough and it’ll become a habit, and good things will follow.

More advanced techniques for harnessing your mind power including using the psycho-audial link, through brainwave entrainment. Your subconscious mind will read certain patterns of audio frequencies, first used by Tibetan monks as part of their meditation rituals, as the key to unlocking better health and healing, improved concentration abilities and greatly expanded memories. This is an advanced technique, and it can work wonders if you let it.

Hypnosis works to enhance mind power by relaxing and getting into your subconscious mind. Take for instance those who use hypnosis to quit smoking. What do they do? They simply go to a session, relax, and listen to someone tell them over and over again that they do not want to smoke anymore, and that they no longer have the desire, they are ready to quit, and then it happens for them. All they did was get the person who did not believe in themselves to become convinced through their subconscious minds that they can quit.

As can be seen, everyone has mind power. It’s a matter of belief in what one can do, with their own abilities and positive affirmations. You can use this ability to change your circumstances and rewrite your future to one you want to see happen. It won’t happen over night, and it takes some repetition to make it all work, but the effort pays off in the end.

Subconscious Mind Throughout The Ages

Tuesday, October 27th, 2009

Over the years we have developed an agreement that everyone has a subconscious mind. In fact, you often find criminals who blame their actions on the subconscious mind and enter insanity pleas to get out of trouble. Then there are those who don’t even think about it, and just believe that everything is a coincidence. Whatever the case may be in your situation, those thoughts can be either positive or negative.

Despite the best efforts of some professionals, we all acknowledge the subconscious mind. It is the mind within the mind. It is the control board that directs our actions and our thoughts. It is the voice in your head that you hear when you are faced with a difficult or challenging situation. The script that our subconscious speaks to us is as unique as each individual in the world. Your subconscious mind is not the same as mine. Even if we were raised in the same house, under the same circumstances with the same parents. Your inner voice is just that, it is yours.

Understanding it all is probably the most difficult portion to training the subconscious mind. You have to be as knowledgeable about this topic and how your mind works before you can put anything into action. The easiest way to explain your subconscious mind power is by telling you it’s that voice you hear without anything being said. It’s kind of like that gut feeling you get when something isn’t right.

Unfortunately, people tend to overlook their subconscious mind even though most of the thoughts are negative. Did you know that you’ve been training your subconscious for several years without even knowing it? It’s true and it’s why you’ve harbored negative feelings towards things for quite some time. While this is true, there are ways to effectively change those negatives into positives.

Many people use affirmations to help change the way they think. These are positive statements that you repeat to yourself multiple times through the day. You don’t have to spend a lot of money on subliminal messaging scripts, you can do this yourself at home and it is very effective. Think about what it is you want to change about yourself.

Keep in mind this isn’t always about your job. It could be something like trying to lose weight to look better in that bathing suit. People who are constantly fighting weight issues tend to tell themselves with the subconscious mind that it’s just not going to happen. When they do this, it doesn’t take long to fall back into all the same bad habits that they were used to doing. So you have to teach yourself to do the opposite. Tell yourself that you CAN lose the weight; you do look good in a bathing suit, and start training your subconscious mind to think that way as well.

There really isn’t a better way to make you understand other than showing you. Since we can’t do it here, we’ll have to tell you about one of our students who changed their life for the better. In his case, he went from having a low level income childhood to low level income adulthood. He was so used to living this way the subconscious mind only knew one way for him to live. However, after training his mind the right way, things started to change.

‘When I first heard about everything that revolved around the subconscious mind, I just laughed. It was crazy to think that what I wasn’t really thinking was actually happening even though I didn’t remember thinking it. Hopefully that sentence didn’t make any sense because I definitely felt that way in the beginning. The one morning I woke up, fell out of bed, took a shower with no soap, got stuck in traffic and ended up being late, missed a work deadline, burnt dinner, and was so overwhelmed I couldn’t sleep that night. After I went back through the day I realized I had been thinking it was going to be a bad day right from the beginning.’

Once I heard about how you could reshape the subconscious mind, everything started to make sense. In those days I was taught to live a hard life, and just make do with what I was given. Unfortunately I was never taught that I could make more money, or simply provide a stable life for my family. To make a long story short, I now train my subconscious mind to think differently. It tells me I can do anything, and it has reshaped my life in ways I only dreamed of years ago. Thank you.’

Something I recommend everyone to see is the documentary, ‘The Secret.’ It delivers explanation after explanation about how a person can tap into that inner world and suck out all the positive aspects of life that are hiding inside. What it comes down to is the Law of Attraction and how it can change your life in a positive way.

Some of you are probably sitting there laughing or thinking this is crazy talk. Don’t worry, someone else is probably doing the same thing, but those who feel this way are usually the ones who need the most help. Seriously, if you feel this way right now your subconscious mind is giving you negative thoughts.

So if we do create our own reality with our subconscious mind, then with practice we can choose what kind of reality we experience! Some of the richest people in the world throughout history have realized this fact and have manifested incredible wealth by consistently visualizing clearly exactly what they want and communicating this to their subconscious mind.

The Power of the Subconscious Mind

Monday, October 12th, 2009

We all remember the movie Fields of Dreams, with the ‘If you build it they will come?’ Consider your subconscious mind as your field of dreams where if you THINK it, it will come. Asking yourself ‘what will come?’ The answer is, whatever you want to come.

See, the power to create the life of your dreams, to change the person you are, to change the way things are in your life is all in your mind. The power of the mind is a beautiful thing, honestly. The mind has the power to heal us, to transcend us? to make us feel good or make us feel bad. The subconscious mind power that each of us have is enough to completely change the world? if we all would only take control of that power.

If you’re still skeptical it’s not like you’re the only person out there. We understand how difficult it is to go from doing something you’re used to everyday to changing the whole thought process. However, it’s important to keep an open mind about the material we’re about to provide. The scientific or medical explanation of subconscious mind power is the Placebo Effect. This is most common when two groups are formed to take medication without knowing who gets the real deal and who gets the placebo.

This example ? the placebo control ? is something that’s used repeatedly in all drug tests, and it’s something that scientists have to correct for in their data gathering. Placebo effects usually aren’t as strong, and they aren’t reliable; you can’t predict which person will react to a placebo and which needs the full drug before testing, but it’s still a valid medical testing concern.

Think about this. When you go to the doctor and you are prescribed a new medication does the doctor tell you the side effects? If your doctor does then he/she is a rarity. You could be thinking that they are not doing their job. Actually they are. They know how powerful the mind is. They know that if they suggest that negative things could happen that you will either not take the medication or you will take it and get the side effects no matter how rare.

This suggestive power, and your subconscious mind power, used in concert, can unlock great potentials for you. It can work in the every day realm as readily as it does in the realm of medicine. This power of suggestion, the belief that if you focus on positive outcomes, you’ll get positive results, has been part of self help books since the 19th century, and is currently called the Law of Attraction.

Ways to use the Law of Attraction and your subconscious mind power is through visualization. You build a reference image, you visualize yourself achieving the goal, and then repeat that image as a mental movie. Do this enough times, and you’ll find your subconscious is pointing out opportunities to make that vision come true.

Another way, and this is often used in conjunction with the first technique, is to create a physical picture. Let’s say that what you want is a new car, find a picture of the car you want? better yet, go get a picture taken of you with the car. Hang that picture up where you can see it every day; the more you see it, the more the vision is imprinted in your mind? your subconscious mind the more power it has. The subconscious mind power that you have will make that vision a reality.

While this practice has been known in self help books for centuries, it’s only recently that an attempt at a scientific basis has been built for this.

The prevailing view is that quantum effects are being manipulated by the observer effect. Some call it an energy field, but it’s more accurately described as the fact that if you observe a quantum effect, you are limited in the information you can retrieve from it. Wave forms collapse and probabilities realign.

More extreme attempts at this resemble solipsism, including the strange belief that matter and energy only exist when observed. (Which means that nothing outside your direct observation actually exists, including this article?don’t think about it, your head will hurt.)

Long before our time, ancient religions lived by their understanding of the subconscious mind. Those who were dedicated to their beliefs even transformed the subconscious mind into powers beyond the thought of man. Some may believe its religion, some may believe its science, but in the end just acknowledging that it’s there is important.

What it comes down to is figuring out whether or not it’s for you. If you could change your life by thinking about it, wouldn’t you at least try it? Just try it out for the next week by simply using the affirmations process. When you’ve implanted this into your daily routine, move on to the visualization techniques we discussed earlier. The end result is you’ll be training and developing the subconscious mind the way it was supposed to be used.
