Most of the times if we happen to wake up late due to a malfunctioning alarm or some other reason, we often wake up in a bad mood. This makes your think again and you say ‘it’s certainly one of those difficult days’. One of our favorite stories we received is about divorced parents who both had divorced parents before them. They contacted us in hopes we could help train their children’s subconscious minds into understanding a positive way of life. One that will be full of stability for their future and transform their thought process. The reason we enjoyed this story over many of the others is because it was about someone else. However, it’s a great way to think about things a build a future for all of us.

While it won’t be an easy thing to understand at first, it’s important to realize that there are many things we use in life we don’t understand. Take cell phones for instance. Sometimes when there is a complex subject, it’s easiest to relate them to a movie. When it comes to the subconscious mind, the best movie to talk about is the Field of Dreams. A movie that allowed a man to believe his inner voice and take action when it said, ‘If you build it they will come.’

Through understanding how your own subconscious mind power works you will be able to change every aspect of your life that you are unhappy with. The power of your mind is amazing. There are no limits to what you can achieve if you are able to take control of this power.

Lets look at a few examples of subconscious mind power at work. One of the best examples is well known by most people already. This example is offered because the results have been documented so many times. It is of course the Placebo Effect. This term is most commonly used when medication trials are taking place. First you have the control group who are given a sugar pill (placebo). Then there is another study group who get the actual medication. Both of the groups are told what the medication is for and what it should do. Neither of them know if they are getting the real medication or the placebo.

Studies show that often the placebo was as effective as the real medication in helping the patient. Scientists have looked at the phenomenon of subconscious mind power for quite some time now. Just understanding the whole process is a masterful thing in itself, but utilizing it can make all the difference in your life.

Or, let’s take another example. Perhaps you’ve gone to the doctor to get a medication for something that’s wrong with you. You may have noticed that although a doctor will tell you what the side effects are, he or she will usually minimize them to at least some extent. It really is unfortunate that we didn’t figure this out sooner. If everyone knew how to take advantage of the power inside their subconscious mind, you would have seen history rewritten. Would JFK or Abraham Lincoln been assassinated? Would the U.S. actually go to war in Vietnam? Would scientists been able to cure diseases much quicker? We could go on and on, but if the individuals related to those topics utilized the hidden secrets in the subconscious mind, maybe things would have been different.

You can use visualization to change the way you see things, too. Visualization is a very simple technique that really, really works. You can do this in a couple of different ways. Number one, close your eyes and visualize in your mind’s eye what you want, seeing it as though it were right there in front of you.

Since everything seems to work with visualization today, we recommend using a physical picture. It could be a new car you took with your camera phone or a new house with you standing in front of it. Whatever the case may be, having that acknowledgement that something could be yours will begin your path to the inner portion of your subconscious mind.

While this may be true for most, there are some individuals who just can’t grasp it all.

Understand that the subconscious mind is how we create matter and energy. Quantum physics shows that Without the observer it is not possible for anything to exist. So the next time something happens, please understand you made it happen. Even if it’s something bad that you were focusing on, then something negative will form around you.
