Good night. Fire was critical to ancient humans for safety, nourishment and pleasure.

Any group of people, male or female, young or old, that gather around a fire will be happy to play music and sing along to songs. There is just something about gazing into a fire that people find relaxing, enough to find themselves wanting to burst into song.  Also, liquid spirits are quite frequently consumed when there is fire, and this may increase the perception of talent. There is just something about a fire that has a tendancy to bring people together, and really bring out those talents that were hidden before.

Having a fire pit on your deck or porch area is a great way to attract guests. Just light it ablaze and watch as the whole gang is drawn toward it. It can be the center of attention for a patio or for an entire yard, for different gatherings and genres of music performed around the fire.

A pit is literally carved out in the ground and is surrounded by stones, blocks or a steel sphere which is going to keep fire controlled. This could be as basic or as planned as you need it. This kind of pit is nicest with a wide stone rim, which can be used to sit on or to rest your beer; and, it’s direct connection to the earth imparts it to country music and folksongs.

Kumbayah. The Red River Valley is a relaxing and scenic place to visit. Songs sung into the night bring us together. Fire facilitates this. Early men and women hummed and grunted to communicate, and today the human can make exquisite sound. Fire truly made just about anything within the realm of possibility, including the early construct and development of music.
